What are some that keep you from indulging in those annoying cravings?

There are 2 answers to this question. First, don’t completely deny yourself. Give in a little so that you don’t get one of those overwhelming cravings and overindulge.

Secondly, find a healthy food that you really enjoy. Keep that on hand so that when you are feeling an urge, you can grab your healthy snack and feel good!

Also remember, if you do mess up and overindulge, don’t beat yourself up. We all do it. Just get back up, dust yourself off, and workout a few minutes extra for a few days, lol. It will make you feel better!
