nutrition is 80-90 percent of the result you see in a weight loss indeaver. Most people wait all day at work and eat an intire meals worth of food when they get home and thier metabolism is low, and if you eat three meals a day it is better, but still not consistent enough to tell you body it is okay to boost its metabolism, but six “small” meals a day 3 meals of nice hearty whole foods like oats and lean protien sources with quick snacks filling in the additional 3 meals your body gets it?

No kidding on this video. By eating 6? smaller meals your body never goes into starvation mode which would limit calories you burn during the day. Smaller meals with exercise = results. I have been following the vastmuscle (.com) workouts and meal plan and have seen great results. Love it
