I’m 23 I have bad cellulite always have, even when I’m thin it seems like I’ve got bad cellulite. Is there anything I can do? Supplements, diet, exercises, How what when where!

Exercise used to be considered the best way to shift celluite. Doing exercise and combining it with a good diet will normally help to shift it. especially if you usea good cream.
Exercises like cycling or swimming are great for this as are general workouts in the gym. you need to watch your diet too. Eating junk food add to the fat that builds up under your skin.
Eating a healthy diet certainly helps as well as drinking water. Drinking water helps your body flush the junk and toxins out of your body.
Some creams do help as well.

I am not overweight at all but alot of skinny women HAVE cellulite too. I have really BAD cellulite!
What worked for me is excercises for glutes and thighs that convert fat into muscle..
This is the excercise routine I follow and you can get free online ..Jillian Michaels 30 day shred..There are 3 levels..I personally did level one for 3 days and I felt some reduction in cellulite and a little bit of toning..you should do this everyday..its a mix of cardio and curcuit excercises..and I love how it works the thighs and butts!
IF you happen to not feel it right away..you will def feel it the next day..!! just take a bath with epsom salts or good foam bath ..and u will feel soo good

skin brushing is helpful for smoothing out cellulite and tightening lose skin. I just started brushing about a month ago, and I have noticed a little change, I have a lot of work to do, so to see any results in a month is amazing. I got my skin brushing kit from ttapp.com. It’s also a great low impact, at home workout if you are looking for that…some of their moves help with cellulite too. I used to do the workouts years ago, before i had cellulite so I can’t speak from personal experience on that one. The skin brushing kit is a little pricey but it comes with some supplements that you can take that help improve your skin by helping your elimination system (one is high-grade alfalfa- lower grades can increase your appetite and cause weight gain and the other is called fibertox). I haven’t started taking the supplements yet because I am waiting until I start working out again to get the most benefit from them. I suggest checking out the ttapp website and/or checking out the book by the creator of ttapp at your library or amazon. It’s interesting and makes a lot of sense. hope this helps a little.
