What are some good exercises and diet tips to flatten your stomach?

I have never had a flat stomack. even as a child I had a pot belly even though I was very skinny. Any ideas on how to flatten?

To obtain a flat belly you’re going to have to get below 10% body fat. Accomplishing this task will require dedication and hard work, but with a good diet and steady exercise it can be achieved.

For diet tips, there are literally hundreds of sources you could find information about on this subject. A good book to check out would be the Abs Diet, which is specifically tailored to getting “washboard” abs. Essentially though just make sure you cut out simple carbs as much as possible, eat plenty of protein, and treat yourself to “junk” only on occasion. Also beware of food labels, as they can be your enemy. A package may claim a product contains only 5 grams of sugar but in the ingredients you may see things such as Corn Syrup, Sucrose, Fructose, etc, which are just alternative names for sugars. Similarly a package of almonds may say that a single serving contains 17 grams of fat, however 95% of those fats are the heart healthy mono-unsaturated or poly saturated kinds.

i have been working in this myself i two dvds palaties is the best for me, i have this dvd of a bunch of 10 min workouts 10min for abs ;10 min for butt and thigh……..what i was doing was when i woke up in the morning i would pop in the dvd and do a 10 min ab workout then go to work and b4 bed do it again the then when i got a little more advanced i did both abs and butt and leg work out…. i would have to get up a little earler though……running and jumproping helps too because what sit ups and crunches do is get your muscles tight but it dont get rid of that layer of fat ….. i dont like to run or jumprope but i know it works….. do a minimum of 30 min.4 days aweek……


Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you’re full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
