Eat six small meals each with 200 calories ( roughly )
Eg: Breakfast- 2 toast with low fat cream cheese
mid morning- low fat yogurt
Lunch- mountain bread wrap with tuna and salad
afternoon snack- crackers with low fat cheese
dinner- a small meal of anything, even if it has about 400 calories
after dinner- fruit salad, low fat ice cream, jelly etc
I guess keep it under 1500 cals and you should lose weight.
- Drink a glass of water before you eat anything
- Suck on mints so then you wont want to eat or it will taste disgusting
-Exercise at least three times a week for 30 mins minimum
- Keep a food diary and write everything you eat in it
- Have a weight loss challange with a friend and sign a contract, weigh in once a week and if you dont lose you have to pay the other person
She may want to try a few different methods to aid in her weight loss! One thing that i’ve had really good success with is Dr Suzanne Gudakunst’s method. Try it! It really works.
