Can anyone give me diet tips to get me more energy?
When I get home from school, I just want to go to sleep. I don’t want that. I go to sleep at 10 every night and wake up at 7 am! That’s 9 hours of sleep and I still don’t feel like doing anything when I get home. Maybe it’s what I am eating? I’ve been eating unhealthy such as Burger King and Subway’s Meatball Sub (I don’t know if it is unhealthy or not).
What are the foods I need to eat to not be tired when I get home?
