there´s many dairy products you can eat that help you loose fat.
Of course it´s not the same having a cup of whole chocolate milk and a donut, as eating a low fat cottage cheese and lettuce salad.
Avoiding dairy is not necessary.


bodybuilders r usually slim from start and
they exercise ALOT! u only avoid dairy 4 a short period of time.u only avoid dairy in a diet if u r overweight trying to get slim.


I know it can make you fat but that’s if you don’t burn the calories just like anything like fat/carbs right?


2 months*…and protein adds fat to your body because..when your muscles tear the protein helps rebuld them..but your body cant take in all the nutrients from it so your body stores the rest of it as fat deposits..thats why when people wanna bulk up they have like 2 to 3 protein shakes a day..when u wanna tone u have 1 after a workout

how does protein add fat to your body? are you stupid because im sure it adds muscle.


avoid dairy? Why is that. Most bodybuilders eat many products derived from milk and are below 5% body fat.
To start where do you think whey protein comes from?


this video- while the information is accurate- didn’t really explain anything for the average person who doesn’t understand what it means to lower blood sugars, or know how to do it, etc. you also did not mention anything from HIIT to reduced fat intake (25 g healthy fats daily ONLY) to lowered carbohydrate intake (before noon) to the benefits on metabolism from exercising in the morning, to eating a vegetable-based diet and avoiding dairy etc. and on and on and on.


i went from 200 pounds to 150 pounds in 2 weeks and its so much easier then what shes saying. All you gotta do is cut down the calorie intake and whatever your eating make sure the Fat% is under 5. Do 15 minutes of cardio before your workout and work 1- 2 major muscle groups a day. Muscle burns fat faster then anything. Give it 2 months of that and i guarnetee you lose weight. Dont eat to much protein because it tends to add fat onto your body. Have a protein shake after every workout,
