This breakfast is bs. It can only be a good improvement for those who eat bacon.Eggs? Olive OIL? (animal protein + cholesterol + FAT?!) Eggs are a superfood, full of vitamins and nutrients and also very tasty. I mean if you eat 4 a day? it could not be good everything in moderation. But anything is ok in moderation as long as your diet overall trends towards healthy options.

They have excess protein, are full of cholesterol and saturated fat.A superfood is something more like Kale, sweet? potatoes or blueberries.Everything in moderation is also crap. Eggs are certainly better for? you than most meats. They are full of vitamins, protein, and minerals. Meat in moderation is fine for you, so obviously eggs are fine for you in moderation.

On that breakfast if? you just add some chile serrano,(wich help to speed up your metabolism also) and you have huevos rancheros, add some refried black beans, some avocaro and a couple of tortillas, and you have a heavenly breakfast.
