How Do I Get Buff? (excersice/ Diet Tips) Best Answer Will Be Given!!?

Ok, so I decided that I should start getting ready for my junior year before it starts. That’s when all the partying starts in my school. I got to get my image good.. so I decided to get some muscle. But how?? I don’t have money to go to a gym, or to by weights. So what are some excersices I can do without weights. Also, can I get some good diet tips?

Body weight exercises can work extremely well. Sit ups, crunches, push ups (many variations to make them easier and harder), chin ups/pull ups(ways to make them easier and harder too), dips, body weight squats. Jackie Chan only did body weight exercises. And go onto youtube.com and type in harlem seals, bartendaz, or calisthenic kingz. They al do body weight and are buff.

Buddy. You won’t get buff without lifting. For starters. Just do plenny of pushups and pull ups. Then move on to weights.
